ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement strategic planning, development, and execution of surveillance product operations and special projects related to advanced imaging and analysis technologies, centralized security surveillance, camera configuration and AI products and services. Provide technical guidance for testing product applications, and products specifications. Define and prioritize product enhancements, features, and bug fixes. Develop key performance metrics documentation, budget and reporting requirements. Liaise with stakeholders to assess satisfaction and acceptance criteria of products. Research and analyze market conditions and competitors' information to remain competitive and report findings. Telecommuting permitted. Reports to Director, Product Management.

 

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in STEM field or foreign equivalent, or related field.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 24 months of experience in Project Management experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement public safety strategic business plans and procedures to address operational effectiveness, cost limitations, efficiency maximization and accountability to increase revenue and productivity. Execute business strategy with the product management team, sales team, pre/post support team and senior management. Conduct research, analyze existing operations, identify business opportunities, review P/L, and product development, to achieve corporate objectives and increase revenue streams. Develop and implement key performance indicator program to analyze and monitor key metrices and target goals of each assigned team. Up to 15% domestic travel to unanticipated client/customer sites. Telecommuting permitted. Report to President/Vice President.

 

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Policy or related degree field.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 24 months of experience as a Business Planner or Analyst.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: Up to 15% domestic travel to unanticipated client/customer sites.
